We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Search Marketing Associate to join our innovative paid media team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in driving excellence across all areas of our paid search campaigns. Your strategic insights and leadership will be crucial in shaping our success in the UK and expanding our reach into new markets.
As a Paid Search Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in our paid media team, working closely with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive growth and optimize campaign performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate in a dynamic environment within the firm, where culture and collaboration are highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive paid search strategy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with commercial goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, focusing on planning, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze paid search performance using advanced analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to update and create new ad copy, ensuring legal and compliance approval.
- Work with the Experimentation team and Organic search lead to test the effectiveness of paid search, including ongoing incrementality testing.
- Prepare detailed reports on paid search performance, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives and support the paid search lead in achieving business objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in a paid search marketing executive role, with a track record of success in managing high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in web and app analytical tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Passion for exploring the latest search and digital trends, with a proactive approach to innovation.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a test & learn approach, comfortable working with data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
