Our client, an educational institution based in Stockport, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor. Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Stockport Remuneration: £14.13ph Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent Details Hours: Part time role – 7.30am – 12.30pm 17:30pm – 18:30pm (Flexible on the evenings and may be able to remove that hour if needed) – 5-6 hours per day ** PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS OR BE WILLING TO UNDERTAKE ONE DUE TO SAFEGUARDING LEGISLATION** Responsibilities: Secure the site and operate systems such as intruder and fire alarms. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site. Understand and comply with COSH and Health and Safety regulations. Promote health and safety across the entire site. Demonstrate computer literacy for record keeping purposes. Hold a clean Driving Licence. Utilise good DIY skills for general maintenance duties and minor repairs. Take responsibility as a key holder.
