Electrician Installations London Up to £44k We are seeking an Electrician, responsible for completing remedial installation works arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Your tasks will primarily involve replacing CCUs/distribution boards, performing partial or full domestic rewires, and fault rectification. The work will be mainly in a domestic setting for social housing associations and local authorities, with occasional tasks in small commercial properties Key Responsibilities for Electrician Perform electrical installation & maintenance works. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of electrical systems and accurately identify/report faults. Interpret electrical and site drawings as needed. Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations and other relevant standards. Accurately complete job sheets and certification using mobile applications (e.g., Oneserve, Easy Cert). Communicate effectively with residents and clients, delivering exceptional customer service. Adhere to all company policies and support business changes for the company\’s benefit.
