We\’ve partnered with an Oxford-based AI start-up that is transforming developer tools. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their pre-sales function and are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team.

About You

You\’re an experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong Java development background who thrives in a start-up or scale-up environment. You have a deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), DevOps, and DORA metrics, and you\’re confident presenting in both business and technical settings.

Key Requirements

  • Computer Science degree with Java development experience
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and DORA metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Comfortable delivering product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a B2B product environment within a start-up/scale-up
