In this role the successful candidate will lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis to each operative. They will compile pre-start information in advance of the works to ensure work is completed efficiently and cost effectively and assist in compilation of final account information on each project. This will be an office-based role with occasional site visits across London and the Home Counties. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and IT skills. They will also have experience working with Schedules of Rates and ideally have some relevant industry experience either from the engineering or trades sector.
