Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: up to £45,000

We’re recruiting for a skilled marketing manager in the B2B events space. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking events company known for delivering industry-defining conferences, exhibitions, and summits across a wide range of sectors.

You’ll lead multichannel marketing campaigns for large-scale events. We’re looking for someone who is experienced with managing data to make informed and strategic decisions focused on growth marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver delegate and content marketing campaigns for large-scale events
  • Ownership of KPIs, analysing results, and optimising digital marketing performance.
  • Develop compelling, audience-focused content across email, web, and social platforms.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns using CRM, automation and analytics.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Strategically minded with a tactical edge.
  • Skilled in data-driven reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to evaluate campaign performance, inform decision-making, and optimise future event strategies.
