What We’re Looking For
For Senior Engineers Moving to Management:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Java, React or Angular (or similar)
- Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
- Interest in business impact beyond code
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers (formal or informal)
For Experienced People Managers:
- Proven track record developing technical talent
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
For Both:
- Growth mindset and continuous learning approach
- Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, etc.)
- Collaborative leadership style

Location
This is a remote role with a requirement to attend our Cardiff office once a quarter or as and when required.
