Are you a creative visionary with a strategic mindset ready to shape how brands come to life in store? We\’re looking for a Group Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the delivery of our Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story brand strategies through innovative in-store visual merchandising.
Who you’ll be
You understand that visual merchandising is more than just product placement, it’s about crafting an inspiring customer experience that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
With strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and an eye for detail, you’re confident working with diverse stakeholders across creative, retail, and commercial teams. Whether you’re influencing senior leadership or coaching store teams on visual execution, you communicate clearly.
Energised by change and passionate about customer experience, you know how to translate feedback into action and continuously evolve your approach to keep us ahead of the competition.
What you’ll do
- Manage and develop a talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Deliver visually exciting store windows and in-store environments that drive key retail KPIs
- Partner closely with Product, Creative and Retail teams to deliver strong seasonal launches and trading moments.
- Drive visual consistency and standards in every store through seasonal model stores, policy updates, and visual guidance.
- Champion the Visual Academy programme – coaching and training store teams to deliver brand standards confidently and consistently.
- Maintain and manage store-level data on floor plans, windows, linear footage, and mannequins to inform space planning decisions.
- Lead the visual strategy for peak trading moments such as Seasonal Gifting, Holiday Shop and other key campaigns.
