M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Required – Immediate Start
I am urgently seeking an experienced M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support one of several newly secured new build and refurbishment projects across West and Central London. Project values range from 100m to 250m, focusing on logistics, data centres, life sciences, and commercial office space.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract, temp-to-perm, or permanent position with a reputable contractor that has a strong pipeline of work.
Role: M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West & Central London
Project Type: New Build & Refurbishment
Project Values: 100m- 200m
Sectors: Logistics, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial Office Space
Rate/Salary: 450- 500 p/d or 70k- 100k + package (DOE)
Start: Immediate
