How you will create an impact
- Assist in monitoring and updating operational reports.
- Manage documentation, ensuring scanning and indexing into the DMS system.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks such as data quality reviews, peer reviews, and data entry, including monitoring workload.
- Maintain data entry accuracy according to guidelines.
- Ensure underwriters promptly address electronic items received via trading platforms and email.
- Resolve contract certainty queries/failures in a timely manner.
- Comply with all regulatory standards and principles.
- Prepare documentation for team meetings.
- Adhere to internal binder approval processes.
- Provide box support at Lloyd’s when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers and brokers.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties for the UTS Core team.
