Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support for Etex BP projects advising and answering technical enquiries as necessary to support the project requirements.
- Provide practical training on Etex BP products and systems to Etex BP\’s customer base as required.
- Attend site to investigate and report on product failure and advise on remedial action where necessary.
- Provide internal practical training and advice to colleagues as and when required.
- Deliver Toolbox talks to sites as requested, showing correct installation of Siniat materials and highlight main differences on the Siniat systems.
- Make recommendations and confirm in writing via site visit report.
- Assist with ongoing training of colleagues on our project management processes, and the use of CRM.
Qualifications
- Organised, pro-active, computer literate person with inherent determination, confident contacting a diverse customer base.
- Good knowledge of drywall systems and site working practices, ideally with a practical site-based background.
- Understanding of building contracts (Design & Build, Traditional, Procure 21, CLAW, partnering agreements, envelope schemes).
- Experience with main Microsoft Office applications.
