Job Purpose The successful candidate would require to effectively oversee all administration duties required for both Grampian’s Integrated Case Management (ICM) Meetings and Risk Management Team (RMT) Meetings. Working hours is 7 hours Tuesday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Scheduling of ICM and RMT Meetings, Overseeing both internal and external Partner invites.
Take Minutes for scheduled ICM meetings.
Take Individual Minutes at the fortnightly held RMT Meeting. ( An individual summery of each case raised).
Request and collate all documentation and information required for individuals scheduled to be brought to RMT within timescales required. (including internal and external Partner reports)
Responsibility for general administrative duties within the area, specifically managing external partner room bookings for the Links centre.
