Job Title:Management Assessor

Location:Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel

Salary:up to £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type:Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold either a recognised Assessor Award or Teaching qualification.
  • Must hold solid occupational experience at Management level for approx. 3-5 years within any of the following sectors; Customer Service, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing or Financial Services.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in the Professional Service sector – ideally including Leadership and Management.
  • Experience of classroom/ workshopbased training.
  • Full, clean driving licenceand use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel

Duties include:

  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in the Professional Services sector, to include – but not limited to: Leadership and Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing and Financial Services.
  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Mathsand English to level 2.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organiseand maintain documentation on learners\’ progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
