Location:Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel

Essential Criteria:
- Hold either a recognised Assessor Award or Teaching qualification.
- Must hold solid occupational experience at Management level for approx. 3-5 years within any of the following sectors; Customer Service, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing or Financial Services.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in the Professional Service sector – ideally including Leadership and Management.
- Experience of classroom/ workshopbased training.
- Full, clean driving licenceand use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel
Duties include:
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in the Professional Services sector, to include – but not limited to: Leadership and Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing and Financial Services.
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Mathsand English to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organiseand maintain documentation on learners\’ progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
