We are seeking an enthusiastic PA and experienced administrator to provide high level support to senior colleagues and ensure smooth day to day operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a face paced environment, juggling priorities with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries, schedule meetings and prepare meeting papers
Draft correspondence
Handle confidential information
Support the wider administration team with general office duties
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this varied role, you will need:
4 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent aptitude/knowledge
Proven experience in an admin or PA role
Strong IT skills including MS office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team, handling competing priorities
