About the Role
Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a London-based retail and e-commerce brand for a Remote Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and prior finance admin experience to work remotely with a reputable brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into accounting software
- Manage the AP inbox, respond to invoice queries, and maintain records
- Reconcile statements and assist with payment runs
- Support month-end closing activities
