Senior Care Assistant – Bank

Salary: £13.15* per hour
Contract Type: Bank shifts available

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their working hours while still making a meaningful impact. You will lead care staff during night shifts, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a respectful and safe setting.
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum), ideally Level 3.
- Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night
- Supervise and support care staff during your shift
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residents\’ needs
