The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.
About the role
Do you have the WOW Factor? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are looking for fun loving assistants to help run the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) Kids Club team. This position is ideal for a responsible, reliable, team oriented, well groomed childcare professional.
You will be responsible for supporting the Supervisor m anage and supervise all activities for children in the KFAS program according to corporate standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times.Ensure that creative, educational and fun-filled activities are presented daily for all age groups represented ( ages from 4 to 12 years).
The Four Seasons Kids Club is open Thursday – Sunday 9am till 5.30pm term time, and will be open 7 days a week during school holidays (including public holidays).
What you will do

Welcome children and families with warmth and professionalism

Plan, lead, and supervise engaging indoor and outdoor activities including arts & crafts, games, storytelling, nature walks, and more

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club environment

Communicate with parents and guardians, keeping them informed and reassured
-
Support team members and contribute to the overall guest experience
What you bring

Previous experience working with children (e.g., childcare, education, recreation, hospitality)

Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage children of varying ages and interests

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible and safety-conscious

First Aid and/or child safeguarding certifications are a plus

Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays
