We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to lead Digital Payment Services within DWP Digital.

Your Role
As Lead Business Relationship Manager, you will drive strategic engagement across DWP Digital, aligning stakeholder needs with innovative digital payment solutions. You will act as the key interface between Digital Payment Services, DWP Finance, and external partners, influencing product strategy and commercial decisions to maximize value. You will lead our team, managing demand pipelines, ensuring delivery is prioritized, funded, and aligned with departmental goals.
Preferred qualifications include:
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- ITIL BRM certification
Opportunities to obtain these certifications will be provided if not already held.

Salary: £72,664.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions, up to £21,050 annually.
Holidays: Starting at 26 days, increasing to 31, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time and public holidays.
