Senior Claims Handler (Defendant EL/PL) - Bradford

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-loved West Yorkshire law firm for a claims handler with approximately 5 years\’ experience of handling defendant EL/PL matters. This role would be based in my client\’s Bradford office.Candidates of interest for this position will be those who can hit the ground running as the role will involve handling complex and high-value claims. Working on behalf of established clients in the retail sector, this is an excellent role for anyone who has experience of handling and defending pre-litigation personal injury claims (this is not a role that involves litigation work).Any candidate who has experience of using the MOJ EL/PL portal will be of particular interest to my client for this role as it will involve conducting the defence of claims from origin up to but not including litigation.
