As a care worker, your responsibilities may include providing personal care support, preparing meals and engaging in a wide range of activities that support clients’ health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same!
Working in care can be flexible – hours are usually based on shift patterns, enabling a work/life balance that suits you. Experience and qualifications are desirable, but for this role your values and attitude towards caring for our clients are the most important.
