As a Governance Assistant at our Practice Plus Group, Emersons Green Hospital you will provide a comprehensive administration and receptionist service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
