What You\βll Be Doing As a Retail Recruitment Administrator
As part of our friendly and high-energy sales team, you\βll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. You\βll also get exposure to other areas like marketing, HR, and finance. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Answering calls and directing them to the right person
- Checking and responding to emails
- Speaking to potential job candidates
- Keeping our database up-to-date and organised
- Assisting the sales team with tasks to help them hit their targets
- Supporting other departments when needed
What We\βre Looking For in our next Retail Recruitment Administrator:
You don\βt need loads of experience, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! Ideally, you should:
- Be comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people
- Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Work well in a team but also get things done independently
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential!

- Monday β Thursday: 8:00 AM β 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM
