Location: Liverpool, NY (Onsite)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

With steady growth and a long-standing reputation for excellent service, our client is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their internal team and support their expanding client base.
About the Role
The Benefits Administrator will play a key role in delivering comprehensive benefits support across multiple employers and employee groups. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves coordinating daily benefits processing and providing exceptional service to client employees and business owners.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefit enrollments, terminations, and life event changes
- Administer COBRA, DBL, PFL, and workers’ compensation processes
- Respond to employee and employer inquiries about medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits
- Support the annual open enrollment process (Nov 1–15), including group benefit presentations
- Maintain accurate records and data within the HRIS (PrismHR) system
- Assist with 401(k) inquiries and administration
- Collaborate with internal HR and service departments to ensure coordinated support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or relevant HR experience with a strong focus on benefits
- Working knowledge of COBRA, DBL, PFL, FMLA, and workers’ compensation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience using an HRIS system (PrismHR a plus)
Additional Details
- Onsite role
- Minimal local travel may be required (mostly during open enrollment)
- Reports directly to the Benefits Supervisor
- Training provided
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $55,000–$60,000/year
