Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in a beautifully decorated care home in Walsall. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or above and have substantial experience working with elderly dementia patients. As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support the Care Manager in managing the care home
– Lead and motivate the care team
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
