As an Early Years Assistant at Busy Bees, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging environment for children. Lunchtime Cover – 12pm to 2:30 pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired.

About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Pershore (Birlingham) is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 62, housed in a charming three-story building with base rooms spread over two floors. l. Situated just outside the picturesque village of Pershore, the nursery is also easily accessible from Evesham, Tewkesbury, and Worcester, though there are no direct bus routes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering educational activities for children.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Help children develop socially, emotionally, and physically through engaging play-based learning.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all children is maintained.
Ideal Candidate
- Childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential; however, prior experience in early years settings is beneficial.
- A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.
- Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
- Good communication and team-working skills.
