Client Administrator β Investment Management
What will you be doing?
Weβre seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
- Liaising with operational teams for activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable
- Preparing meeting packs and valuations as required
- Assisting investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations
- Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you should have:
- Proven experience in the financial services industry with investment management experience
- Ambition to develop a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn
- A strong client service ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan workload effectively
