Dayforce Implementation Data Specialist (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Implementation Data Specialist to join a major HCM transformation programme within a leading financial services organisation.
Key tasks:
- Lead full-cycle data migration: extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading (ETL) into Dayforce.
- Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to align on data structures and requirements.
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Document all data rules, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Support module configuration with a focus on data dependencies (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits).
- Assist with UAT, troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
- Provide post-go-live support on data corrections and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and financial industry data regulations.
You’ll Need:
- Proven track record in Dayforce HCM implementations (ideally multiple). We are unable to consider applications without Dayforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with data consolidation from various HRIS, payroll, and time systems.
- Solid grasp of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; ETL tools knowledge a bonus.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in financial services or other regulated sectors.
- Dayforce or HRIP certification, or PMP.
- Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, and other data compliance frameworks
