Overview Join to apply for the Mixing Engineer role at Twine . This role is ideal for a skilled mixing engineer with a deep understanding of Detroit hip-hop and Bay Area influences. The project involves mastering tracks that have been self-recorded and mixed, with a focus on maintaining the genre’s signature rawness and energy. The goal is to deliver a clean yet aggressive master that highlights hard-hitting drums, a powerful low end, and forward vocals, while preserving intentional creative effects such as chopped vocals, drops, mutes, and FX transitions. The final masters should avoid over-polishing, ensuring the authentic Detroit sound remains intact. All files are provided as 24-bit WAVs with no limiter on the master bus.
