The Role
- Customer service management: Manage customer service functions, respond to issue reports, information requests, and access, maintaining successful relationships with customers.
- Continual service improvement: Identify opportunities for service and business improvements, analyze, prioritize, and implement them, including automation potential, assessing costs and benefits, and managing change.
- Ownership and initiative: Take ownership of problems, proactively resolve technical issues, and ensure solutions meet business needs, demonstrating accountability.
- Relationship management: Manage stakeholder relationships, clarify needs and commitments, coordinate promotional activities, and maximize benefits from products and services.
