A growing health-first organisation is expanding its internal security operations function and hiring a SOC Analyst to support a maturing security programme.
This is a remote-first role (UK-based only), with the team coming together in London twice a year. You\’ll be joining a supportive environment that offers real progression, several team members brought in last year have already moved into senior roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring and responding to security alerts across a Microsoft-focused stack (Sentinel, Defender, M365)
- Supporting the development of tooling and processes to improve detection and response
- Working across both legacy systems and greenfield projects
- Helping deliver services for highly regulated clients
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a SOC or security operations role
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, M365)
- Comfortable working in or supporting regulated environments
- Proactive mindset – spotting gaps and contributing to improvements
