Consortium Professional Recruitment is supporting our client in recruiting a REVIT Designer for a flagship, multi-year construction project. This full-time, office-based role reports to the Design Manager and involves collaborating with engineers and designers to produce detailed REVIT models that meet stakeholder and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail structural steel, ancillaries, and internal fit-outs using REVIT based on engineering input.
- Support site plans, planning drawings, and build details with REVIT.
- Maintain accurate 3D models aligned with project deadlines and BIM standards.
- Communicate with clients and participate in meetings as required.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager to ensure output aligns with tender documentation and project specifications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience using REVIT on construction projects.
- Experience working with main contractors on build or fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with BIM environments and cloud-based model sharing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Salary & Benefits:
- £37,000 to £40,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

- Initially office-based with potential for remote work after probation
