Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Perhaps, you have experience in transport but looking for a new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Northampton for our Click & Collect provider Clicklink.You will be working on the shift pattern of 4 on 4 off with the hours of 18:00 – 06:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Proactively plan daily transport schedule ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Fully brief drivers prior to dispatch ensuring they understand their route and requirements
  • Ensure accurate recording of all data entry including tachograph and route documents
  • Fully debrief drivers on their return to ensure compliance with the route
