We are currently recruiting a new permanent (full-time) opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join the Central Operations business area in our Leeds office.
The position of Receptionist will provide Front of House, meeting management and reception duties, along with secretarial administration support for the office.
A snapshot of your day:
- Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and employees from other offices.
- Booking, set up and managing meeting rooms to a consistent and high standard.
- Organising catering and refreshments for internal and external meetings and events.
- Logging all visitors on security log and issuing of passes.
- Claiming and processing Front of House service requests from our Secretarial TickIT system.
- Organising courier and taxi bookings.
- Working with the office management team to ensure the smooth running of all Front of House services.
- Monitoring and ordering of supplies.
- Support managerial team with office and facilities routine tasks as needed and instructed.
We would love to hear from if you have:
- Previous experience working in office administration and customer service is essential.
- GCSE’s or equivalent at level C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Good communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and a positive attitude.
- Flexible and responsive to changing needs.
