About the Role:

This is a hands-on position ideal for a skilled trades person looking to step into or continue in a foreman role. You\’ll be leading from the front, coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site operations, and ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity. You will also be required to work on the tools and help out where you can.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all site activities and trades.

  • Maintain site health & safety in line with SMSTS standards.

  • 50/50 on tools and managing, need to be willing to get stuck in.
  • Liaise with management, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec.

  • Assist with site tasks as required – this is a working role.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS card (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

  • Proven trade background (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, etc.)

  • Previous experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and work from drawings.
