Must Have’s

• Strong IT and administration skills – Excel is key! You’ll be using this a lot!

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service focus

• Experience working in an admin role would be great!

• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a methodical approach

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes

Nice to have’s

• Basic understanding of trading and commercial environments

• Previous experience as a Trading Coordinator or similar

• Knowledge of Foodservice, FMCG, or related sectors

• Passion for food, nutrition, allergen info, and food safety

So what will you be doing?

• Supporting the buying team to meet business, revenue, and margin targets

• Organising and reporting on new product listings, promotions, and supplier activations

• Managing product pricing, set-ups, de-lists, and promotional funding

• Handling invoice queries, aged debt, and supplier questions

• Collaborating with Marketing to collect supplier assets on time

• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory and security standards

• Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture and commitment to ESG and food safety

• Reporting any product safety, quality, or integrity concerns promptly

• Contributing to Health & Safety best practices and a safe workplace

• Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking
