The ambition of AXA Partnersā Security organization is to evolve to a business partner role, delivering value to the business while reducing and managing their risk. This by following a risk-based strategy and security improvement program with common objectives and controls.
The Crisis and Incident Management Program Manager is a part of Central team and reports directly to the Chief Operational Resilience Officer, and is a key discipline within Operational Resilience department to ensure that Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity, and Crisis & Incident management within the AXA Partners countries is defined, implemented, and delivered in accordance with the Group Security Strategy and supports to achieve local maturity objectives in cost-effective manner. In this role, you will work closely with Operational Resilience community including local Incident Management teams across AXA Partners countries located in Europe, North America, and LATAM.
What Youāll Be Doing
As the Incident Management Program Manager, you\’ll be at the forefront of our Crisis and Incident Management initiatives. Your role will involve:
- Supporting the AXA Partners Crisis Coordinator in driving our global crisis and incident management framework.
- Collaborating closely with local incident management teams to implement effective structures and processes.
- Ensuring that incident management requirements are met, including high-risk scenario testing and post-mortem analyses.
- Presenting consolidated risk assessments and gaps to the Operational Resilience Steering Committee.
- Assisting in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Providing critical support during major incidents and crises.
- Working alongside the Chief Operational Resilience Officer to enhance our global strategies and controls.
- Promoting a culture of information security and raising awareness across the organization.
- Implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance the quality and relevance of our services.
What Youāll Bring
Weāre looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for operational resilience and security. To thrive in this role, you\’ll need:
- A solid understanding of business continuity, IT service continuity, and crisis management practices.
- Proven experience in crisis and incident management as well as having led programs and initiatives in these fields
- Experience in business impact analysis, risk assessments, and developing continuity plans.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, particularly in DORA, is a plus.
- Strong data management skills, including proficiency with reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently within a global team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both excellent written and verbal, with fluency in English. Additional languages like French or Spanish would be advantageous.
- A bachelorās degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of industry experience.
