Corporate Development Manager
Radley Green is partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed pharmaceutical company on a mission to expand aggressively across the UK and Europe. With £100m ring-fenced for acquisitions, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling business at the forefront of its M&A journey.
We are hiring a Corporate Development Manager to directly support the Director of Corporate Development. This is a hands-on, strategic and analytical role ideal for someone who thrives in a deal-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine complex financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, comps)
- Perform commercial and financial due diligence on M&A and in-licensing targets
- Create clear and persuasive board and investor presentations
- Analyse industry data, market trends, and target company materials
- Support the end-to-end M&A process, from valuation to post-acquisition integration
- Conduct detailed market mapping and opportunity analysis
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a technically strong and commercially astute individual who wants to make a tangible impact in a scaling pharma business.
- 2- 3+ years in Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory
- Strong financial modelling (built from scratch)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable synthesizing complex data
- Excellent PowerPoint communication and storytelling skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Exposure to pharma, healthcare, or life sciences sectors
- Qualifications (or part-qualified): ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA
