Corporate Development Manager

Radley Green is partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed pharmaceutical company on a mission to expand aggressively across the UK and Europe. With £100m ring-fenced for acquisitions, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling business at the forefront of its M&A journey.

We are hiring a Corporate Development Manager to directly support the Director of Corporate Development. This is a hands-on, strategic and analytical role ideal for someone who thrives in a deal-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine complex financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, comps)
  • Perform commercial and financial due diligence on M&A and in-licensing targets
  • Create clear and persuasive board and investor presentations
  • Analyse industry data, market trends, and target company materials
  • Support the end-to-end M&A process, from valuation to post-acquisition integration
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and opportunity analysis

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a technically strong and commercially astute individual who wants to make a tangible impact in a scaling pharma business.

  • 2- 3+ years in Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory
  • Strong financial modelling (built from scratch)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable synthesizing complex data
  • Excellent PowerPoint communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Exposure to pharma, healthcare, or life sciences sectors
  • Qualifications (or part-qualified): ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA
