IT Logistics Coordinator

An industry-leading engineering company is seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator to support its international logistics team. Handling 70-100 imports monthly, this role focuses on coordinating shipments, managing returns, and ensuring customs compliance in a highly regulated environment.

You will work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to manage processes like IPR, Returned Goods Relief, and Home Use, while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of import logistics and customs procedures, including IPR and Returned Goods Relief
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems (training provided if needed)
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage documentation, liaise with customs brokers, and uphold compliance standards
