This isn’t a role where you simply keep the lights on. It’s an opportunity to take full ownership of facilities across a growing, engineering-led organisation … one that designs and manufactures advanced technology for mission-critical applications.
You’ll be the go-to expert for everything from compliance and health & safety, to fleet management and facilities planning. Your job? To make sure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, giving technical teams the space and structure to deliver at speed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all hard and soft FM delivery, ensuring statutory compliance across the estate
- Managing external contractors, overseeing RAMS, and coordinating site access
- Supporting critical operational teams with workspace, fleet, and infrastructure
- Collaborating on refurb, expansion, and maintenance projects across the site
- Playing a key part in governance and assurance through audits and reporting
- Being a trusted advisor to the leadership team on property, compliance, and safety matters
What You’ll Need
You’re an experienced Senior Facilities Manager or ready to step up, with a background in managing complex, compliance-heavy environments – ideally manufacturing or engineering-led. You’re confident handling everything from asset registers to emergency planning, and you understand the legislative landscape (PUWER, COSHH, DSEAR, MHSWR, etc).
You’re also someone who’s present, proactive, and used to working with a wide range of personalities, from technicians on the shop floor to directors in the boardroom.
