The Merchandising Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Red Bull, beer, and other non-alcoholic products are merchandised within assigned accounts according to the company’s standards.
Description of Physical Tasks:
- Keep shelves and accounts clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Push/pull hand truck to machine or shelves and load appropriate products. Climb in and out of vehicle and use proper lifting techniques.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and direct all merchandising employees daily.
- Coordinate the hiring process of Merchandisers with the Supervisor.
- Oversee onboarding, training, development, and discipline of merchandising staff.
- Coordinate with the Delivery department for daily delivery and merchandising.
- Manage employees\’ hours and schedules to ensure efficient and timely merchandising, including UKG management, routing, and weekend duty roster.
- Prepare and analyze weekly Merchandiser Pronto Form Recap, identify opportunities, and train to correct deficiencies.
- Assist with beer and non-alcoholic cooler and hot shelf resets.
- Perform 10 Pronto Form Audits each month within assigned accounts.
- Assist in delivery and setup of cold equipment for non-alcoholic products.
- Maintain open communication with all managers and employees.
- Keep your vehicle clean and organized with POS materials.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and repairs are up to date.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
- Operate and protect all issued equipment properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
