The Merchandising Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Red Bull, beer, and other non-alcoholic products are merchandised within assigned accounts according to the company’s standards.

Description of Physical Tasks:

  • Keep shelves and accounts clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Push/pull hand truck to machine or shelves and load appropriate products. Climb in and out of vehicle and use proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage and direct all merchandising employees daily.
  2. Coordinate the hiring process of Merchandisers with the Supervisor.
  3. Oversee onboarding, training, development, and discipline of merchandising staff.
  4. Coordinate with the Delivery department for daily delivery and merchandising.
  5. Manage employees\’ hours and schedules to ensure efficient and timely merchandising, including UKG management, routing, and weekend duty roster.
  6. Prepare and analyze weekly Merchandiser Pronto Form Recap, identify opportunities, and train to correct deficiencies.
  7. Assist with beer and non-alcoholic cooler and hot shelf resets.
  8. Perform 10 Pronto Form Audits each month within assigned accounts.
  9. Assist in delivery and setup of cold equipment for non-alcoholic products.
  10. Maintain open communication with all managers and employees.
  11. Keep your vehicle clean and organized with POS materials.
  12. Ensure vehicle maintenance and repairs are up to date.
  13. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
  14. Operate and protect all issued equipment properly.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
