We’re really excited about this opportunity! Working for an extremely fast-paced and growing FMCG distributor in central Birmingham you’ll be supporting one of their key brand partners with any direct-to-consumer activation programmes.
You’ll be a creative, ideas person with exceptional project management skills, a confident communicator and happy to travel across the UK when needed to events and shows.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the brand to understand who the customer is and the best touchpoints in which to reach them.
- Design and deliver experiential events such as pop-ups, sampling days etc.
- Work with agencies and third parties to create and deliver customer activation concepts.
- Attend festivals, events, trade shows, retailers to deliver engaging customer events.
- Support on advertising across OOH channels
- Be responsible for budget management and feeding back to the brand owners post event.
Experience needed:
- You’ll have worked in a similar role, either within an agency or in-house brand and be creative.
- You’ll come from a B2C business, preferably FMCG/retail.
- You’ll be a strong project manager and have experience of delivering customer activation events.
- You’ll have a brand focus and understand consumer marketing across all channels and the importance of integration.
This role will require travel to attend any customer events and shows that you’ve organised so you must have a car and be happy to travel and be away from home on occasions.
