As the Technical Training Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all technical training, whether delivered internally or externally, meets defined standards. In addition to this, you will also take on the responsibility of co-ordinating technical training solutions in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent service with clear and concise communication. This may involve delivering bespoke training events, collaborating with local colleges, promoting Defence-delivered courses, or working with commercial partners to provide tailored training solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, not only within our organisation but also in the lives of our apprentices. At DE&S Deca, we are committed to developing new talent and fostering the growth of our next generation of technicians. Regular in-person attendance is required (this is expected to be approximately 60% of your working week) to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance and business need. Initially, you may be expected to attend more frequently to familiarise yourselves with the site, the team, and your role.
