Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a forward-thinking professional services firm on a part-time, fully remote basis. If you are commercially-minded and passionate about converting leads, growing accounts, and fostering long-term relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
You will collaborate closely with the Co-Founders and the Head of Marketing & Business Development to design and execute a client relationship strategy that supports revenue growth and client satisfaction. In this role, you\’ll drive growth from both new and existing B2B client relationships, ensuring service excellence through strategic planning and relationship management.
This part-time position offers flexible hours and a pro-rata salary of £60,000, and is fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Growth: Build and nurture B2B client relationships, focusing on both new business and existing accounts.
- CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a client relationship strategy that aligns with the company’s brand values and business objectives.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Organise and manage client engagement initiatives, including events, feedback loops, and sharing insights.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, reporting on ROI and the overall success of relationships.
- Reporting: Provide high-quality client reports and progress updates to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Success: Experience in relationship-driven B2B sales, preferably in professional services.
- Lead Management: Strong ability to manage warm leads and convert them into long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring alignment with company goals.
