We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Year to lead a year group within our vibrant Post-16 cohort from September. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our students as they prepare for university, apprenticeships, and the world of work.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a proven record of supporting student success. You will be responsible for the academic progress, pastoral care, and personal development of our Sixth Form students. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring student progress and attendance
  2. Providing academic and pastoral support
  3. Leading a team of tutors
  4. Liaising with parents and external agencies

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (every subject specialism will be considered), have strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for working with young people, and a commitment to raising aspirations. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
