Overall responsibility for the success of the branch including the profitability
Manage and oversee all aspects of removals to deliver an efficient service to our clients
Develop and maintain good relationships with our clients
Manage a team of professional removal drivers, porters and office staff
Maintain competitor awareness and identify business opportunities
Visit and network with clients to develop client relations and identify client needs
Manage all operational costs of the branch
Manage and maintain branch budgets and ensure targets are met
Ensure any customer complaints are handled professionally, promptly and efficiently
Ensure and maintain all legal compliances
Write client and other ad-hoc reports
Securing new business, residential, commercial and international, including prospecting for new business
