Are you an experienced Product Manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment?

We\’re hiring for a growing tech business based in Birmingham that\’s delivering innovative solutions to a broad customer base.

In this role, you\’ll lead the vision, strategy, and development of a key product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements. You\’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and commercial teams to launch and continuously improve products that drive growth and deliver real value to users.

What You\’ll Do:

• Own and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather insights, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Identify customer pain points and lead the creation of innovative solutions through data-driven discovery and validation.
• Support go-to-market plans, providing documentation and training for commercial teams.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in product management within a tech-led environment.
• Strong understanding of product development, discovery, and user experience design.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Able to make tough prioritisation decisions and thrive in a dynamic, agile setting.
• Comfortable working with data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product direction.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with product analytics tools and market research.
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS products (not essential).
