Overview
Staffline are Hiring!! We have new full-time Permanent job vacancies for Production Line Leaders.
Our perfect candidate will have experience working in Food manufacturing, supervisory, team leader, line leader experience, and a strong working knowledge of operating food processing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
The working hours for this role: 3 on 3 off, days and nights rotating, 12-hour shifts. Please note you must be able to work both shifts.

Responsibilities
- Managing your production team
- Assessing training needs
- Mentoring
- Organising and completing product changeovers
- Working closely with senior management
- Completing all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
- Operating food processing machinery and equipment, and working with maintenance for any faults that occur
- Troubleshooting
- Accurately following Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulations
- All other associated tasks
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong knowledge of machinery in a food manufacturing setting
- Experience in fast-paced food manufacturing
- Experience in a leadership position within a food manufacturing environment
