The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you\’ll take ownership of your own client portfolio, working closely with Partners and Directors on complex UK and international tax affairs. This is a blended compliance and advisory position with direct client contact, scope to develop your technical skills, and support for progression to Manager and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of private clients including self-employed individuals, business owners, and wealthy families.
- Delivering high-quality personal tax compliance and proactive planning services.
- Advising on a wide range of UK and international tax matters including residence, domicile, CGT, IHT and trust planning.
- Overseeing junior staff and reviewing work as part of the firm\’s commitment to technical excellence and mentoring.
- Liaising directly with HMRC, legal advisers, wealth managers and other professional intermediaries.
- Running client meetings, providing insight and value-added recommendations.
What We\’re Looking For:
- ATT and/or CTA qualified (or near completion).
- Solid experience in personal tax within a professional services environment.
- A confident communicator who enjoys client interaction.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and planning.
- Strong Excel and general IT skills.
- A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently.
