Your Role
In the role of Resource Manager, you\’ll manage and coordinate all personnel resources for our Operations team. This involves overseeing staffing logistics, maintaining accurate records of staffing and costs, and providing this information to Finance and stakeholders for reporting and budgeting. Your insights will assist senior management in making informed decisions to align resources with organisational goals. You will collaborate with external staffing agencies to meet customer demands effectively. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage resource records and maintain organisational structures.
- Provide regular reports on resource status and budget utilisation.
- Liaise with line managers for timely updates to resource records.
- Coordinate overtime reporting with finance.
- Manage recruitment processes via agencies to fill vacancies quickly.
- Monitor and host meetings to evaluate agency performance.
- Support the operations team in resolving resource queries.
- Support the Support Services team in attributing costs accurately to budgets.
