Salary: £31,192 per annum

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week

Base: Gravesend, Kent

The Role

As our HR Team Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our HR function – providing essential administrative support, helping coordinate employee processes and making sure our operations are efficient and effective. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your HR experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Managing HR documentation, databases and filing systems
  • Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes
  • Coordinating meetings, interviews and taking minutes
  • Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration or HR support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A pro-active can-do attitude
